Seminole Wind Restaurants feature 24 fresh home-style vegetables and 12 meats daily. Our vegetable fare includes fresh collards, mustards, turnips, cabbage, rutabagas,pole beans, cream corn, corn on the cob, okra, several varieties of peas and beans, real macaroni & cheese, fried green tomatoes, and casseroles. Meat selection includes fried and baked chicken, meatloaf, pork chops, several varieties of fish, chicken livers and gizzards, beef liver, stuffed bell peppers and more. Our salads are also prepared on the premises and include chicken salad, tuna salad, cucumber, carrot, beets, pasta, potato, ham, coleslaw, jello and various fruit salad. We also have a “create your own” salad bar. Our dessert bar features fruit cobblers, strawberry shortcake, red velvet cake,hummingbird cake, pineapple upside-down cake, Italian cream cake, brownies,lemon bars, coconut custard, key lime pie, pecan pie, chocolate, blueberry and cherry delight and our famous cinnamon rolls as well as numerous other selections. The nightly seafood buffet includes the items listed above, plus our fresh seafood: boiled, fried and grilled shrimp, scallops, oysters, deviled crab, baked tilapia, mullet, pollock, catfish (whole and fillets), hush puppies and cheese grits.
