Serving Tallahassee women for over nine years in the greater NorthEast Tallahassee area, we offer women of all ages a safe, efficient and effective workout in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Based on a circuit using hydraulic resistance machines, aerobic exercise, strength training and stretching, our facility offers women a complete workout in just 30 minutes, three times a week. Recent research at Baylor University has shown it works!!

Unlike traditional gym equipment that needs to be adjusted for each person and typically sized for men, Curves equipment was designed for women and tested by physiologists and biomedical engineers. This ensures safe alignment and range of motion. The equipment is arranged so exercisers face one another, the workout is accompanied by upbeat music and a qualified exercise coach is available to encourage exercisers and ensure proper form.

New Members Only-$50 Certificate good toward $79.00(+ tax) initiation fee. Minimum 12 month contract. One certificate may be used per person.
